You can anticipate the groan your kid might make when you bring up therapy. Experiential therapy with me looks different: In each session we work with indoor & outdoor plants to help your kid get out of their head & tune into their body. No green thumb or sincere interest in plants required. No staring at each other from across a stuffy office. Through this process, my clients learn to handle life’s challenges with more ease. We talk through the hard stuff with our hands in the dirt, caring for a root system, or plucking a leaf that is no longer helping.
